Say hello to my friend and Bird & Bear member, Tracey Smith. Not only is Tracey my daughter’s soccer coach, she is also a registered dietician, Ph.D scientist and certified life coach.
Over the past year, Tracey has hosted 5+ workshops at the Bird & Bear, exploring topics that range from meal planning, goal setting, habits and time management. Together she’s helped us rethink our approach to wellness, and take steps towards feeling better.
