We are in the process of creating a NEW signature program, “CAMP by The Bird & Bear Collective”, and we thought what better way to welcome it to the Bird & Bear wilderness than on International Women’s Day 2024, March 8th!

CAMP is the 1-day sister to our signature CLIMB experience, bringing the best of Bird & Bear workshops + backyard barn gatherings, together with a dose of summer camp, leadership conference + wellness retreat. CAMP is modeled to represent Erin’s IDEAL day as Bird & Bear Leader, and previous Camp Counselor + Women’s Leadership Consultant.

CAMP will take place offsite at a local venue, include a variety of personal growth interactive experiences, and wrap up at the local pub for bites and drinks. The program will center on our pillars of creativity, wellness and leadership, while equipping you to brave the wilderness, as Birds & Bears do best!
