We are thrilled to welcome The Herd as a Summer Resident at The Bird & Bear Collective! Tina and Abbie, Owners of The Herd are actively dreaming and seeking their own gathering space to support new and expecting mothers and families. They have found a Summer home in the Bird & Bear wilderness ~ and have lots of events planned!

       *Join us for this expert guided, judgement-free group. We will have guided meditations, open discussions and will learn techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety. Babies and precrawlers welcome!

      *Join us for a 30-minute workout lead by Pre&Postnatal Fitness expert, Eryenne Brinn, followed by a cool down stretch and a mindful mama chat facilitated by The Herd's co founders Tina and Abbie. Bring a yoga mat & water bottle. Babies and children welcome but not required! Mom's of all ages & stages welcome! This event is outdoors/weather permitting

       *Join us for this expert guided, casual, judgement-free feeding group. Open discussion encouraged, will talk about all the ways to feed your baby and how to overcome any challeneges that may present themselves. Babies, precrawlers and early walkers welcome! We will be also taking some time to discuss the importance of maternal diet and hydration and will give some tips and tricks on how to prioritize your nutritional health!

        *Join The Herd and Dr. Emily Everton for an expert guided lesson, exercises and discussion on all things Pelvic Floor. Learn why your pelvic floor health is important and what you can do to make sure yours is strong! Please bring a yoga mat, we will be doing some hands-on learning! Class may be outdoors, weather dependent!
