We don’t just say it…

We don’t just say we are on a mission to break down barriers and invite more opportunities for intersection, innovation and inclusion we actually do it. We are here to open the door, invite you to step in, and then watch you lead, learn, create, make magic and find your people too.

Over the past few weeks, and the weeks to come we are in the process of reintroducing you to the Bird & Bear Collective ~ the what, why, where, how and for who. This photo is a pretty perfect representation of all these reasons ~ and the beauty that happens when the collective comes together.

First of all, I had very little to do with making this event happen. I simply planted the seed and opened the doors to our space and the opportunity for collaboration. (I didn’t even have to unlock the door on the actual day, since several of them already have keys!)

Second of all, these Birds & Bears did not all know each other beforehand. They created magic through curiosity, introduction, imagination, trust, leadership and a passion for what they do.

Third of all, they didn’t do this for money or expectation. They invested in themselves as they brought their unique gifts and talents to the table in the hopes of future opportunities and reward.

I could seriously go on and on. This is the collective. This is how we are making things happen for so many.

This is nesting, resting, exploring and soaring. This is The Bird & Bear Collective.
